Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by emailing us at info@e-mazed.com.

Refunds

1. Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice: You will receive a full refund or a credit for a future session, based on your preference.
2. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: No refunds will be issued.
